Today Jaeger LeCoultre is a big name and is said to be one of the most inventive of companies in the industry of watch making. And prior to Jaeger and LeCoultre working together, Jaeger already had the well known designer Cartier as one of his clients. Later in 1907 a contract was signed in which it was decided that Jaeger along with LeCoultre as well as Cie would wholly produce all of Cartier's creations.In 1907 a new record was set by the Jaeger-LeCoultre Caliber 145 for being Nail Polish the thinnest movement.
